An important part of achieving any goal is setting definable, attainable goals. The same can be said for your lucid dream practice! Every now and again, some life event will get in the way of my lucid dreaming practice. Be it a long, stressful bout at work or an extended time away from home, sometimes I just need to focus on unplugging and focusing on just resting. After a short time away from the lucid dreaming game, I am restarting my dream practice, rebuilding my lucid dream skills back to my previous levels!
Weekly Goals
- Dream Recall: The first area to improve is always your dream recall. Currently, my dream recall is in good shape. I can reliably remember 2-4 dreams each night without even dream journaling. So my dream recall will be to record at least one dream each night.
2. Induce 1 Lucid Dream: Let’s start slow! No matter how I get it done, I will induce at least one lucid dream this week.
3. Lucid Dream Activities: So what do I want to accomplish in my next lucid dream? Realistically I will probably just fly around and observe the scenery, as is my default activity. But let’s think of something a little more interestig. I would like to ask a dream character “tell me something I need to know”.
Holding Myself Accountable
I will be posting my progress and lucid dream adventures right here on the Lucid Dream Report Blog. In time, I will work up my skills to to inducing 4 lucid dreams per week! I will document every step of the way and show exactly how I induce the lucid dreams so you can follow along and get inspiration for your very own lucid dreaming practice.
